How We Work

From an idea
to a live thing.

No agency theatre. Here is exactly what happens, what we need from you and when, so you can decide before you spend anything. Your date is agreed with your scope, before any money moves.

The spark

You tell us the idea

One form, a few sentences. No discovery call, no 40 question brief, no proposal deck. If we need something clarified we email you the same day, and if we think you need a smaller package than the one you picked we say so before you pay.

Your time

15 minutes

First look

We come back with a direction

Not a mood board. An actual first pass you can look at, in a browser, with your words and your colors in it, while the idea still has heat on it. This is where taste matters most, so it is the part a person spends the longest on.

Your time

One reply. Thumbs up or tell us what is off

The build

We build the real thing

Real pages, real copy, real payments, real forms that land in your inbox. Everything is built on Next.js and deployed to Vercel, which means it loads fast and does not fall over. If your package includes a system, this is when it gets wired in and tested with live data.

Your time

Nothing. Go run your business

Live

It goes live and it is yours

Connected to your domain, tested on a phone, handed over with documentation that explains what everything does and how to change it. You own the code and the accounts. There is no platform to stay subscribed to and nothing gets held hostage.

Your time

Approve, then start using it

How We Operate

A person makes every call

A build takes a week instead of two months because the studio is small and the process is tight, not because anything is left on autopilot. Every layout, headline and color decision gets looked at by a person before it ships.

Flat price, agreed up front

You know the number before we start. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoice at the end, no retainer you forget to cancel. If the scope genuinely changes we talk about it before doing the work.

You own everything

The code, the domain, the accounts, the content. We hand over the keys at the end. Plenty of studios keep clients locked in on purpose and it is a bad way to run a business.

You talk to the person building it

No account manager relaying messages to a contractor. The person who replies to your email is the person writing the code.

Straight Answers

How many clients have you worked with?

The studio is new, the craft is not. Brand and design have been the obsession for years before any of it had a name attached. Real shipped work includes cardsrg.com, a full collector trading card storefront, and we take a small number of projects at a time on purpose. You get a lot more attention than you would from a shop juggling thirty accounts, and the pricing reflects where we are rather than where we intend to be.

Why is the work page so short?

Because everything on it is real and was built here. We could pad it with concepts and stock mockups and most people would never check, but you would find out eventually and that is a bad way to start a relationship that runs on trust.

What if I do not like the first direction?

Tell us and we redo it. Revisions are included in every package, and the whole reason you see something real on day 2 rather than day 6 is so a wrong direction costs you a day instead of a week.

What if my idea does not fit one of the three packages?

Then it is a Scale project and we quote it flat after we understand it. Send it over either way. If it is smaller than you think, we will tell you and point you at the cheaper package.

Why would I pay you when I could just ask AI?

Because you have to know what to ask for, and most people arrive knowing they want something without being able to say what. Because a logo takes ten minutes and making a mark, a palette, a voice, a site and a checkout all agree with each other is fifty decisions, which is the actual job. Because projects die at ninety percent, not at the start, when the payment webhook fires twice and the layout breaks on a phone. And because a chat window is not accountable to you on a Friday night. If you have taste, some technical confidence and free evenings, genuinely build it yourself. We are not selling access to AI, you already have that. We are the judgment on top of it and the person who finishes.

How fast is this, really?

Fast, but we do not sell you a number before we know what you are asking for. You get a real date with your scope and your price, before you pay, and that is the date we work to. What we will promise is that it starts the day you say go and it does not sit in a queue. Things move here because we are as excited to see the thing exist as you are.
